We offer catering and delivery service for shabu-shabu with carefully selected top-quality Japanese beef and vegetables from Hokkaido. In addition to the finest ponzu sauce and sesame sauce, our condiment set includes more than 10 types of Japanese-Western style condiments such as olive oil, truffle salt, sesame oil, gochujang, grated garlic, grated ginger, green chili peppers, green onions, shichimi and ichimi etc. The tableware is made in Japan, and the hot pot is a paper pot using traditional Japanese paper, so you can enjoy authentic shabu-shabu at the dining table of your accommodation.

Be sure to put the tableware, IH header etc. that need to be returned after eating into the return box and put them outside the entrance.

Please read the following information before you place an order.

This service is for shabu-shabu set delivery and setting only.
There is no service such as cooking by staff or cleaning up after meals.
Same-day reservations may take time or may not be delivered at the specified time.
Tableware, IH heater, pot baskets, electric heating plates etc. need to be returned.
In the event of damage or malfunction of the above equipment, the equivalent amount will be billed separately.
Please dispose of leftover ingredients by yourself. Put the other items in the return box and leave them at the front door. We will collect the items around noon the next day.
Please note that there are places where delivery is not possible. (Hotel rooms, restaurants, outdoors etc.) Please be sure to check with your hotel before ordering.
The delivery area is limited to Hirafu, Annupuri and Hanazono areas. Also, there are areas where delivery is not possible even in that area.
We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to the wrong delivery address, wrong date, etc.
A dining table is required to accommodate the number of people ordering.
Please note that deliveries may be delayed or may not be delivered due to bad weather such as snowstorms.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation or removal of items after payment: 10%
*Delivery not available if the total amount is less than 50,000 yen after removal.

One week before: 30%
The day before or two days before: 50%
On the day: 100%
